Lively Run Dairy wanted to come up with some creative ways of increasing brand awareness.
The first project they commissioned Pandolfi Productions for was a cookbook featuring recipes from local restaurants that use their cheese, with wine and beer pairings from local businesses. The result was Cooking with Cheese in the Finger Lakes, which went on to be sold at Lively Run and the partnering businesses that participated in the project.
After completing the cookbook Pandolfi Productions went on to do various photography, video, and graphic design projects for Lively Run that can be sampled below. Pandolfi Productions also managed the website and social media for a period of time while Lively Run found an employee to manage those elements.
